I help you select and coordinate all materials, fixtures and finishes for your new home to create a custom and cohesive look. Electrical layouts and cabinetry plans will ensure your new home will function at the highest level for you and your family, and timely and organized communication with the builder will ensure every detail has been communicated.

Furnishings & Decor
If you have a room in your home that needs updating, we will put together a design plan for your space with new furnishings, fabrics, window treatments, paint colors and accessories. With the use of floor plans, we ensure the best furniture layout and sizing to meet your needs. After reviewing the locally sourced furniture and fabrics, we take care of all the ordering, installation and final styling, providing a complete room makeover experience.

book a Free discovery call
The first step in working together is to schedule a free 15 minute phone call to discuss the scope of your project, chat about the services that would best suit your needs, and talk timeline and budget.
step two
the INITIAL consultation
$395 + HST
If the project discussed on our discovery call feels like a great fit for both parties, the next step is to book am initial consultation. During this 90 minute meeting, we will cover the following points.
Walk through the space (or review plans for new construction projects)
Discuss your wants & needs for the space and how it relates to your budget
Discuss the aesthetic direction and determine the scope of work
Gather any further necessary information such as photos and measurements
step three
booking youR PROJECT
After our consultation we will send you a detailed estimate, contract and projected start date in order to get your project booked and on our calendar! 30 days before the start date, we will reach out to touch base and review the information we discussed during the consultation. A 50% deposit will be collected at this time.
Please note we are currently booking projects approximately 9 months in advance.

DESIGN CONSULTATION

If you are in need of some direction but don’t require full service design, than a design consultation would be a great option for you.
During our two-hour in-person consultation, we will offer tailored recommendations on various design elements you may require assistance with, including furniture and decor selection, material choices, cabinet placement, and general renovation advice. Following our meeting, you will receive a comprehensive PDF recap of our consultation. This will encompass the recommendations we discussed, any floor plan sketches, and valuable resources such as suggested shopping locations and next steps to guide your project.

E-Design
a quick and affordable service option to design a room within your home
Do you have an unfinished space in your home that needs decorating and you just don't know where to start?! Then E-Design might be for you!
Our team will source up to 6 furnishing and decor items for your space of choice. This can include items such as furniture, rugs, paint, drapery, accessories, lighting or art! We will work within your selected budget and source at stores based on your preferences. This service option is perfect for the client who is not in need of full service design and only requires a few furniture and decor suggestions.
What's Included?
Each completed E-design package will include clickable shopping links to the 6 Items of your choice, as well as a mood board to help visualize your completed space. You have the choice of purchasing the suggested items at the online retailer, or use the suggestions as a guide to take shopping at retailers of your choice.
